$25 Flat-Fee FFL Transfers Near Raleigh & Wake Forest
We make receiving your online gun purchase easy. Ship it to us, and we receive it, log it, run your background check and hand it over, all for one flat fee of $25 per firearm. Members and non-members pay the same. The Form 4473 and the background check are included.
We’re at 132 Franklin Park in Youngsville, an easy run up US-1 from Raleigh, Wake Forest and Rolesville, and open seven days a week for pickups.
How It Works
- Send the seller our details. Give them your name, phone and email, and have them contact us for a copy of our Federal Firearms License if they don’t already have it on file. The seller should include the firearm’s make, model and serial number.
- We log it in. Once your package arrives, give us 24 to 48 hours to inspect and record it in our books.
- We call or email you. Please wait for our message before driving over. It saves you a wasted trip.
- You pick it up. Bring a valid, state-issued photo ID with your current physical address. If you hold a North Carolina concealed carry permit, bring that too. You fill out the Form 4473, we run the check, and you’re done.
Transferring a Suppressor or Other NFA Item?

Who Can Receive a Firearm
Federal and North Carolina law set the rules, and the Form 4473 asks about each one. To receive a firearm, you must:
- Be a U.S. citizen or lawful resident
- Be at least 21 for a handgun, or at least 18 for a rifle or shotgun
- Be the actual buyer, receiving the firearm for yourself
- Have no felony conviction or misdemeanor domestic violence conviction
- Not be a fugitive from justice
- Not be an unlawful user of, or addicted to, any controlled substance
- Not be subject to a qualifying protective order involving an intimate partner or child
Our Transfer Policies
If your background check is denied: we can only return the firearm to the dealer who shipped it. You pay the $25 transfer fee plus return shipping. We’ll also give you information on appealing the denial if you believe it’s an error.
Pickup window: please collect your firearm within 30 days of our message. After that, storage costs $45 per month, per firearm.
Abandoned firearms: a firearm left with us for 90 calendar days is considered abandoned unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. Keep your phone number and email current; we’ll sell abandoned firearms to cover unpaid transfer and storage fees.
