• Firearm Shipments
  • We ship only to valid FFL dealers.
    • Firearms cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
    • Customers are responsible for understanding all federal, state, and local firearm laws.
    • Customers assume all costs associated with returned firearms due to FFL refusal or inability to receive.
      
  • Handgun and certain receiver purchases require:
    • Legal residency in the state of transfer
    • Minimum age of 21
    • Compliance with applicable licensing/permit laws
      
      Military personnel stationed outside their home state may purchase across state lines subject to proof of residency/deployment.
      
      If an FFL is unavailable at time of delivery, the package will be returned and additional shipping charges will apply.
      
• Shipping Restrictions
  • YGC Range will not ship certain firearms, receivers, magazines, or parts to jurisdictions with specific legal restrictions. These restrictions include, but are not limited to:
    • District of Columbia (no shipments)
    • Massachusetts (no shipments)
    • Certain AR/AK parts or firearms to restricted municipalities and states
    • High-capacity magazines where prohibited
    • Stripped or complete AR/AK receivers where restricted
      
      We do not substitute compliant magazines or issue refunds for restricted magazine orders.

• Magazine Restrictions
  • We comply with all legal magazine capacity limitations. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. Orders violating state restrictions will be canceled and subject to a 5% restocking fee.
    
  • We do not ship high-capacity magazines to the jurisdictions listed in your source document, and we do not issue refunds or substitutions.
    
• Ammunition Restrictions
  • By purchasing ammunition from YGC Range, you affirm that you:
    • Are of lawful age (21 for handgun ammo, 18 for rifle ammo)
    • Are not prohibited from possessing ammunition
    • Are not chemically dependent or mentally adjudicated
    • Are in a jurisdiction where ammunition shipment is permitted
      
      We will not ship ammunition to restricted areas, including but not limited to:
      • California (restricted cities), Connecticut (permit required), Chicago/Cook County, MA, NYC, NJ (FID required), PR, DC, etc.
        
    • Illegal orders will be canceled and charged a 5% restocking fee.
      
• Additional Ordering Restrictions
  • Certain products cannot be shipped to restricted states, counties, or municipalities (e.g., tannerite, specific firearms, certain magazine sizes).
  • You remain responsible for knowing your applicable laws.
    
• Changes to This Privacy Policy
  • We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
